Data we process
Core public company pages use approved Companies House, Contracts Finder, Charity Commission and GLEIF legal-entity fields plus non-personal UK official statistics. Company search is not stored as a public profile. If you email a factual correction or privacy request, we process the contact details and information you send. Security logs may contain request metadata.
Analytics
Google Analytics runs only after you select “Accept analytics”. Google scripts do not load before that choice. Analytics and advertising consent signals are denied by default, and advertising signals remain denied after analytics consent because CompanyBeacon does not use advertising or retargeting pixels.
Legal bases
Any earlier contractual processing remains governed by the applicable agreement. Legitimate interests apply to corrections, security, service improvement and abuse prevention. Consent applies to optional analytics.
Storage and processors
Cloudflare hosts the site, Workers, D1 and R2. Your email provider handles messages you choose to send. Google processes consented analytics measurement. Public company facts remain public records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw analytics consent by clearing cb_gdpr in browser storage.
